In house conceptual design of products.
If you have an idea for a product but not sure how to get it into existence, we can help you with that. Arrow Packaging offers this service to our customers so that they can get on with what they do best and leave the designing up to us.
Once the conceptual design is approved we work out how the tooling is going to be built and what, if any, improvements can be made to aid the manufacturing process.
Mould Tooling made in house
Our in House tool room will take the approved technical drawings and commence manufacture of the mould tooling. This process can be lengthy as injection mould tooling can be complicated with many parts required to build the complete mould tool. Having Arrow Packaging build your tooling in house means that you do not have to pay for overheads. It is just the material and time. We approach our tool making as a low cost centre in the business. Our true mission is to supply products to our customers.
Decoration of products via in-mould Labelling and self-adhesive labelling
Our decoration service means that you only need to order the finished product.
We look after the rest from purchasing and stock holding of labels to application of the labels to the product. This means that you do not have to purchase expensive label application equipment and then spend time applying labels. All you have to do is fill the tubs with your product.
Delivery via our dedicated transport suppliers
We have a number of local and interstate trucks that can deliver directly to your door. These vehicles are independently owned by the drivers. This offers a very real personal service that is designed to meet the needs of our customers.
Design and Tooling
Arrow Packaging is one of the few plastics manufacturing companies with its own tooling facility in-house. By having this tooling facility, Arrow Packaging is able to conduct a “Secure Product Launch” for any customer requiring confidential product launches.
Our design area features the latest CAD/CAM (computer aided design/computer aided manufacture) incorporating CNC (computer numerical controlled) machining equipment.
